The guy who has trouble paying his property taxes, is going to hire an attorney, who is then going to go to a Judge and get a warrent to Force dan Druff to hand over my IP address. Then they go to the provider with court order to provide my name and address. And all the while, every step of the way, when they have to give a reason, the reason will be because I said his wife paid for the house.

And then in court, Redietz is going to first have to prove that his wife didn't pay for the house, which he cannot do and then explain how this damaged him.

In the EXTREMELY unlikely event that he actually follows through for once I don't think he / his attorney would have to get a court order before issuing a subpoena duces terum: he would if the lawsuit originated out of state but if it were filed in Clark county it shouldn't be required.

Lawyers issue subpoenas all the time based on only their signature as an attorney in good standing, licensed to practice in the state, is considered an arm of the court.

Good Evening VCT. This will be my only post of the evening as I will be heading out immediately after I have completed it. Yes Coach belly, I can prove what you are suggesting. Property records are public information. Although most places including Tennessee put a charge on accessing them.

So let me say this. I have stated Redietz's late wife as involved in the purchase of the house. And redeitz has several times now threatened to sue me over this statement. If I were to post this information right now, it feels like doxing to me (posting information redietz has not posted himself). But him threatening to sue me almost feels like he is giving me permission to do so. Mr Dietz, I want you to think hard about this. Is that what you are doing? Do I have your permission to post public information concerning the house.

This is exactly why you don't post your real name and address on an anonymous message internet forum. Rob Singer did the same thing. His real name is known and at one time he posted the address of his daughter's home in Arizona where he resides. If you looked up the address it showed Rob's daughter and husband as the owners. There was no mention of Rob and his suitcases full of money anywhere as his story goes.

Both of these people have weaved stories about the houses in question into their gambling claims that are not real. So is it wrong to look up financial information based on the information they have for some odd reason insisted on providing an anonymous Internet forum? I don't know... you tell me. THEY provided address and real names. Is it wrong to look at public information and see if it fits their claim? I don't feel like doing that again to redietz, but it feels very much like he is not just giving permission but challenging me to do so, with repeated threads about Sueing me.
