Good enough.
On a more serious note, whether one simply plays or one plays with an advantage, there is a tendency to bet more and more over time. I think anyway.
That's not to say that this is the case with everyone, some people just don't like gaming at all and such people if they play at all keep it strictly low level for entertainment, but those of us who do like gaming, will tend to bet more over time. Which is why when I re-started gaming seven years ago after a decade or so hiatus, I was betting average maybe $200. a session. Now average 100X that. Did I intend to bet more like this? No. But it happened nonetheless.
Just things to ponder as we enter 2026, and make decisions about whether we wish to continue with our established routines. I've had a some huge wins in the past couple months. And huge losses.
I’ve gotten hammered lately almost as often as I’ve cleaned up.
After each big loss I reevaluate the whole deal as much as I get supercharged after each big win.
I see a lot of people doing nothing much but lose but they keep coming back. At least I tend to win, but it's not all fun and games, the ups and downs may eat at the best and most indomitable of us.
