I watched the second video.

What is wild to me, is in the 23 years my father and I were filing W2G's which adjusted our gross income, and the 2 extra on my own, no one, not even any of you degenerates ever suggested we track sessions and file the special form to file "sessions" rather than report our gross winnings and deduce losses against that.

So great... Video Poker / Slot Players etc can report "Sessions" and deduce the 90% of NET Losses not Gross Losses. This is what they are assuming based on previous tax laws.

Glad I figured this now so I can start reporting "Sessions" and not have my "reported gross income" be hundreds of thousands more than it actually is...

Now for poker tournament players and sports betters, it still sounds like you are fucked...
