When I use any CET benefit, e.g., Diamond Lounge, Qua Spa, Diamond Show, I run afoul of CET ADT, so I try to play on such days.

Does anyone know if I stay at another hotel but use MLife express comps, will I similarly hurt my chances at comps and offers at Bellagio? After all, I already earned those express comps.
