Thread: Meet and Greet

Guys.....c'mon. I'm 66 yrs. old, I've got a wife, a dog and a house to care about on a daily basis, I've got a Hennessey Hellcat on the way that I can't wait for, and we're in the middle of getting a heater installed for our pool. So why on earth would I care anything at all about shoveling ideas or posts back & forth on an internet forum with anybody, esp. someone I don't know at all & who's shown he can handle himself just fine?

LSH you need to be more trusting, esp. of someone who's apologized to you.

Damn, we still got about 10 more years of this bullsh*t...

Now THAT was funny RS__, and I've never been one to not acknowledge the advantages of youth. However, while I'm probably at least twice your age, I would easily bet I could run 5 miles in a shorter time than you.

Looks as if we have another possibility for a bet with Rob. I haven't really trained for anything over 5K, but give me the usual 90 days.

Alan, has Rob or coach agreed to any of these proposed wagers as of yet? Arci and I are going to get bored.

No evidence that Robbie has moved from his trailer park. No change to driver's information or real estate information. LOL.

That reminds me Arc, I have to notify the DMV about my move to live with Linda. There was another move 26 months ago I forgot to tell them about but my ex did give me my car registration renewal paperwork so all is legal.

You are living in the same state, Alan. It appears our little man is claiming to have moved back to Arizona. Not only that but living in a home where he would need to either sign a rental agreement or purchase agreement. Both of those would have to go through the state offices which is where my information comes from. Or .... maybe Rob is squatting ...

So... Singer used to work for the CIA? Or, he's a former industrial spy? Or, he has everything hidden in corporate accounts?

Now tell me how any of this will help me win in Vegas or get more for my money when I'm in Vegas or help me have a better time when I'm there?

None of this means anything to me or anyone else except for maybe four of you.

Oh look, mama belly used the term "tortured soul" which is a favorite of the little man but not very common in general usage. Interesting.

This was funny but to the point. I think Alan knows I spent my 1st 10 years working for that agency and being assigned to the ME & Central Asia. One thing's for sure: we got a lot more respect back then than the people doing that sort of thing get today.

Arci sure is a Sherlock though. He's still 4 years behind in his sick address searching, which he only does because he can't live with the public spanking I gave him with all the pictures. Nice cars....nice house....and a healthy wife to boot? Yikes!! To him it just can't be! That's what makes this all the more satisfying. The fool sits there alone and forlorn over someone else's good fortune. No wonder the "tortured soul" clammed up

Rob you never told me you worked for the CIA but you told me enough for me to figure out you worked not only for international corporations in the defense industry but also for government agencies. I can put 2+2 together. And for our math friends here, I can also figure coin flips.

Hyundai. You can't read now? The Dodge is on order, and it has to go thru Hennessey in Texas first for the 850hp tweak.

Long time ago and almost in another life. Stick it out for at least ten years and it comes with a lifetime of benefits though, some of which I do use if you know what I mean. Plus I met Cindy because of it.

Don't ap's think coin flips are done with dice?
