I don't mean to bring down the light-hearted , jovial spirit of this thread. However, I just had a horrifying thought.
Do you notice that Dan banned Rob just 2-3 days before the Vegas shooting? Now Dan did some checking around and tried to verify that the shooter never looked at this site (or PFA).
The shooter was so diabolical in his planning, though, i wouldn't put it past him to use a proxy ISP to look at this site.
Maybe Rob was a form of entertainment for the shooter which kept him from making the final decision to go over the edge? I take a banning by Dan much more seriously than Alan.
Not trying to troll at all; it simply doesn't interest me. Some of the timing coincidences look scary here, though.
I had a VERY hard time posting this. I wouldn't have done so if I didn't sincerely wonder about it.
EDIT: Actually posting this made me sick to my stomach, and I hope it isn't true. I'm still second-guessing myself as to whether I should have shared this awful possibility.
