I got my local social security office to chop up my benefits in two payments a month. If I got it all in one payment I’d only get to a casino once a month. Now I get to go twice.

I’ve been reduced to 5 cent slot machines so I could at least get a couple of free drinks while I’m there before I go broke. I could only imagine how short my stay would be if I played the same way I did when I had money, before I lost it all. In fact, I don’t think my benefits could’ve even supported my tips back then.
