One last little tip. Foods that weaken lower esophagus sphincter over time. Alcohol, chocolate, tomatoes in any form including sauces, fruits (healthy my ass)….among others.
addon: and oh yes, vomiting, even belching, very much weakens the LES. These acts force food and air past the LES, which is exactly what it was designed to contain.
So if you were one of these Brett Kavanaugh type college partier types, drinking to excess and vomiting very regularly, you probably will pay a price for that later in life.![]()
