There's a simple solution to all of this that will allow you eat/drink whatever you want, throw away the pills, and, save you a ton of time. You just have to "think out of the box", ie, remove yourself from the usual thinking and living. I figured this one out in my early thirties.

Too bad you never figured out how to avoid being a total fucking weirdo in your early 30’s as well

In about 4 months we went from this to Dan got falsely accused and points confiscated.

I guess you are out of the woods and feeling better.
