I thought and still think it very odds that a new person comes here and praises Moses the way you did. Maybe that in part is because of the lens I am looking through. Like I have said, I have known for quite sometime that Moses is not the player at the level that he says. I honestly don't think he even plays much blackjack, but maybe every once in a while when he is bored with his "buddies" in the sportsbook, or more likely is fighting with them, he plays a little blackjack at the red chip level. Maybe he even wins a little bit of money, who knows. Somebody suggested "lunch money". That is what we are talking about. That is his level of play. THAT is why he is tolerated in a place like Reno that is intolerant. Especially if he and his buddy are known sports gamblers. (notice the term "gamblers").

My point is that in my mind Moses has demonstrated that he is not very knowledgeable about blackjack in general, let alone blackjack card counting advantage play. Even conceding the fact that he is "talking" about single deck which I don't play, he just is missing large chunks of basic knowledge and has replaced that with some voodoo, 1980's type thinking about how to play. His recent comments with a lack of understanding of variance confirmed my opinion. So I guess, that is why I have trouble when other players such as yourself and in the last few days BoSox, who I have great respect for, seem to find value in his posts. I don't see it at all, and frankly see the opposite.

Also troubling to me was you praising his participation at ZZ. He is there talking to himself, attacking people who aren't even there or reading and you find value in that? And you know why he is there, because he has been banned everywhere else, including now here, for attacking people...to the point that it is a criminal issue. I have an appointment in a couple hours with authorities to deal with it. You find humor in that? I have been robbed...at gun point...due to posting on a forum, so I fail to see any humor in that. And yes, people will counter that I too am banned at 2 forums. But it is 1 person that created that situation and it is a result of an issue about blackjack, not a general attacking of many, many people. It is blackjack politics, not repeated trolling and hate attacks.

In fairness, I must have missed the discussion where Bosox identified you as dbs from BJTF and you confirmed it. I actually am not that familiar with dbs as I don't read BJTF much any more and don't want to go back and read just to get a feel for you. I would rather wipe the slate clean and start fresh. Perhaps you are a guy that just enjoys trolling and name calling on the internet so you find 3rd grade Moses amusing. I guess I will have to accept that. So, I like a little legitimate BJ discussion here and welcome any kind of advantage play discussion and even legitimate recreational gambling discussion, so I hope you will stick around.

As for DanDruff and the banning of Moses. I will just say thank you (it's a good start), better late than never and leave it at that. I know Dan and others think I am too sensitive to all this trolling. I will remind people again, I have been robbed at gunpoint, outside my home 8 years ago, because of things said on an internet forum. I have members of these forums constantly spewing hate rhetoric at me, because I am an AP, as well as personal reasons. I have members following me from other forums just to troll and attack me, such as Moses, even QFIT. (and just wait there will be others, who are just waiting right Rattler1) I have had numerous members on various sites, like Sidthesquid at WoV and Moses here, trying to get information as to where I live, a picture, my name from forum members. This would be alarming enough under any circumstances, but I am a professional blackjack player. Is the answer really that I have to forfeit my right and something I enjoy like participating in the community? That doesn't seem fair or right.

So anyway, VegasCasinoTalk is a little better today than yesterday (hopefully that trend will continue) and we can move forward.
Okay, where do I start. We’ve been through some of this before. I came on this site to ask Moses to explain his column count. That was my only objective. He went into great detail describing it so I thanked him. I never said I would use it or I thought it made any sense. We’ve gone over this before.

I also asked you about team play, and you did a very good job describing your opinion on team play. I thanked for that too, and then had a couple of the usual trolls attack me.

Yes, I think high school Locker room humor is funny. That is the “only” think I laughed at with Moses. I did not think his attacks on you for being gay was funny. I never encouraged that. I never encouraged the threats. In fact, if anything, I discouraged it. I found two posts where I said people are taking this too far.

As far as Bosox, he likes to call people names. That’s his thing. Go back and read my posts. For the most part, I’m not a name caller. When Bosox was supporting Moses on the variance discussion, you said you didn’t understand the point Bosox was making. I’m glad you did because I didn't either. Bosox has a hard time making his points so I’m surprised you think highly of him, in terms of his opinion on blackjack that is.

Go back and read the posts again. It was Bosox agreeing with Moses most the time. I was not. Was I laughing at some of the humor? Sure. But this was early on when he was just name calling with a couple people. kJ, you get into this name calling stuff quite a bit too. Name calling isn’t my thing. It’s more Bosox and Freightman and most the people on this site’s thing.

I’ve found most don’t know how to argue a point. So what do they do? They resort to name calling. It’s the lowest form of arguing with someone. I’ve seen Micky usually resorts to this too. Btw, you’re very good at arguing your points, so you shouldn’t need to go the name calling route so often. Just some friendly advice.
