Redietz, the Q in LGBTQ stands for either Queen or Queer. The FLAMBOYANT Gays who wear pastels, neon bright colors, talk like,"Daaaling, you look mahvelous...." They speak with a lisp and are just full of life. So, pretty much the stereotypical out there Gays in Sitcoms and movies. Jack from Will And Grace would be considered a Queen/Queer. However, straight laced, uptight, Will would just be considered Gay. By looking at Will many people would assume that he is Straight. By looking at Jack many people would assume that he is Gay. On a side note,"Queen and Queer when used to describe THEMSELVES and other Gays is an affectionate term of Empowerment and Pride. But say a Straight man calling them Queer/Queen could be seen as
offensive and derogatory slurs.

Edit. Google also says that the Q stands for Questioning which means a person just might have feelongs for the same sex but is confused on what to do or feel.
