I have seen his partner a few times, I didn't even realize it was his partner on a few of those occasions. I'm confident KJ is a card counter given just his posts alone, also you don't talk about BJ/counting like he does without having the experience yourself.

It's been confirmed by 2 people I feel confident have seen him at the tables . How much time he puts in and what limits he plays, I haven't a clue.

Account in Question, How many Las Vegas based AP's are there on this forum? 2?, 3? 4? Monet sometimes calls himself an AP and sometimes takes offense at the term. But I am sure he doesn't spend much time at blackjack tables either way. So on this forum of 2-4 Vegas based AP's, 2 have said they have seen me, one saying several other people he knows have seen me at the tables.

How can this be done without it bringing harm to him? I can think of a few ways that seem doable, but I don't really know the legality of NDAs. What about a 3rd party attorney assigned to make a determination on key aspects of what's ALREADY been said, He simply says yes or no to each of those facts. How about a letter from JK's attorney to someone like Dan just confirming JK had a case that was settled regarding an injury, and detention at a casino around x date?

I am not selling anything, writing a book, running a "bootcamp" or telling of some great and unrealistic "adventure". I have shared what I have shared and if some people can find something useful to help their own situation or play, that is great. That was my desire.

And don't mistake that for me ever, encouraging anyone to follow in my steps, as I have many times been accused of doing. Never ever have I done that. Even with my own brother. When he came to live with me after college and wanted me to teach him what I do, I put off teaching him anything for a whole year, encouraging him to pursue something else.

I may possibly have said I don't think you play blackjack once. It is possible but I'd be surprised. Playing blackjack does not mean you support yourself playing blackjack. You could be slightly losing or winning player and just love the game. If you were a winner like you have claimed to be then you shouldn't feel a need to make up crap like this backrooming and presumably other stories you've told.

These people you reference don't need to join the forum to vouch but these people are also oddly always anonymous. This is the case when they're already anonymous. For example, if Mr Jennings goes by Player Y and you say "Player Y" contacted me then you're not really revealing much. The consistency of your approach - they are always anonymous is suggestive of you being full of it.

Whether your attorney, those APs abusing the cheating El Cortez, the famous AP who said he'd vouch for you on this forum (which you declined), or the casino this happened at. Axel, kew's claim that somebody would want to "harm him" is just him using yet another excuse not to provide proof....proof that so obviously does not exist. I can tell by what you wrote that you also feel like most of all of us do: he would avoid constant ridicule for the remainder of his forum days if this proof were presented (and who doesn't WANT and NEED that more than him?) He doesn't want to believe this, but I DID call LVRJ, LV Sun, GT, my nephew at the FBI, and Nersesian's office, and drew nothing but blanks. Who all have I had a beef on here with? Monet, Tableplay, Crimm, Singer, Redietz .. and others. Outside of Redietz and the occasional shot at Monet I really don't troll any of these guys. Speaking of which - I kinda wish there was a sub-forum that was invite only and we could talk more openly. Just too many machine people who can't figure out anything on their own. They don't need to be spoon fed info that isn't widely known. I came up with an idea on how to possibly determine the RTP of a specific machine but need other data points.

Blackjack has this. It is a private forum inaccessible to those who are not members and have been vetted by membership. If you google blackjack forums, it won't show up. It is a private membership forum. And it is not exactly a blackjack forum. There are players that do all kinds of different AP plays, but there are a lot of blackjack players or former blackjack players that have expanded out to other things. This kind of private forum wasn't even necessary until 5-8 years ago. Most of these AP's were on public AP/blackjack forum. It is all the trolling that public forums have become that lead to these private forums.

As for AP's that I know and network with....some have come to this forum and verified that they know me, know people that know me, and communicate with me privately. They never stay long before they are driven away. I will give you a name and a partial name. Kim Lee and 2xxxxme. The second asked me not to mention his name on this forum, which he refers to as the "urinal forum". He probably won't like me using the partially redated version. I am sure there have been one of two others as well, although I can't come up with any right now.

Dude this is a troll forum. The "urinal" name fits. I even troll back at times. But you can't have this kind of forum and then wonder why so few APs and real players won't show up and participate.

Now I will tell you something I have never said before. The message I received from an AP that was playing the El cortez game that I unknowingly exposed or ended was received at my email address. I have posted that here once I think, because Rob Singer immediately sent me an nasty email. Almost as expected. But for the most part, I hear from real AP that I network with and even just occasionally communicate with via my email, and the trolls here. So, this nasty, kind of threatening (just enough to express that he/she was pissed) message came via email. And it was a throw-away account used just to send that particular email.

So I don't think it was anyone from here. I briefly though maybe one of the 2or 3 LV AP's that are here, like Axelwolf or MaxPen. But fairly quickly dismissed that. I think it was one of the LV AP's, maybe someone that I network with or talk to occasionally, that just wanted me to know they were pissed. Hopefully they have forgiven me and understand it wasn't intentional...just stupidity on my part.
