I have no direct knowledge of what Boz may or may not have done. And neither do you. Whatever issue you and Boz have is between you two. How have I "supported" anything about it?

I am not crazy about my brother using my account. he has sort of lost interest and doesn't do so too often anymore. BUT at the time, when he did have an interest, we inquired both here and at GF, how to go about creating a second account in the same household on the same wifi and both forums said there was no way to do so without violating the sockpuppet/second account rule. So the only choice was to post on my account. If you are unhappy with that, you should talk to Druff.

I do have no problem using aliases like spiderman. Spiderman was because I wanted to warn members of a blackjack forum about the shuffle machine cheating at El Cortez and couldn't do so under KEWLJ. I wasn't trying to hide anything or trick anyone, like Singer or Tasha sock puppets.

I did not say I stopped going to Circus Circus because I could see the hole card. What I said was I quickly became uncomfortable getting up at 3am and following a dealer around like that for that purpose. It just didn't feel right to me. When I play, if someone flashes the hole card, I use the information in an appropriate way. It was that literally stalking the dealer that felty "dirty" to me. Don't confuse that with illegal or cheating. It is neither. Just not how I want to win. I eventually stopped going to circus circus because they stopped offering decent blackjack.

But changing some details, including dates, times, locations of real events so that those trying to identify you from the real events is misleading people.

And that includes claiming a lawsuit when there was none, which I know has many bent out of shape. The incident (back room) was real. A settlement was being negotiated. You be you, but I just don’t see it as being worth the aggravation and time it seems you spend on it. If as you believe, and the evidence is such, few believe him, then why bother with it. Sure he gives you shit but it goes both ways.

I certainly don’t profess to know MDawgs motivations for spending the time and effort on forums trying to convince others of his successful gambling adventures. And I have zero proof either way on how much is truthful or partially truthful with certain details left out but in the end I finally got to the point of “who cares”. Like you and many others, I understand math and “how casinos work”. But I do believe there is a lot of truth in his stories and certainly do believe his pics are 100% his. He’s a rich dude that is part of a rich family to me. I said it from the start and still believe it’s stupid to put that many details out there. But it’s his right, no different than any of us. My credit score took a hit recently (790 or thereabouts) as I did an airmiles promo. Spend $3500 and get 75K airmiles. I should have the credit score back to normal by February. These things take a little time.

But thanks for asking. Wait, I will check with Experian right now and report in real time. OMG! It's down to 778! The "amount of new debt" category is listed as "Fair."

LOL. That's what happens when you scavenge 75K airmiles from the little buggers. I have to keep max cash on hand in case Vols beat Vanderbilt this week, so I won't be paying this off this month. I need to call them today and ensure that the miles have accrued. I will report back when I get an answer. These things take three calls usually; they are a bitch to pin down.

At one point, I had half a million airmiles. I'm down to under 100K right now, so this will be a boost.

I do not understand your compulsion to share sensitive and detailed information like this if it is even true. Most who encounter similar situations simply don't do the thing in question, and also don't tell anyone what they discovered and what they didn't do in response to the discovery. Your revealing it publicly with such detail is odd. Odd enough that one suspects the details are untrue and possibly the whole story itself. If you need to fabricate details to protect your identity, why not keep the stories to yourself in the first place?

I'm still not familiar with the details of this whole episode but if Mdawg did change his story as you say, I would be more inclined to say that KJ managed to bluff him successfully than that his story of obtaining the records is true.

Btw since I see KJ is reiterating his lie about the backrooming above I would like to reiterate something myself - he claims this was aired by not one but two local news stations, and yet no record of it ever appeared anywhere online.

Not the news sites themselves (which would all be covered by Google), not reddit, not Twitter. Nowhere. Nowhere is there a record of anyone having seen any of this coverage, much less is there any evidence of any legal filings.

So the settlement Travolta and his small firm were able to eventually get, was a fraction of what they started out going for. The mother of this young man that had passed was furious. She said, more than money, she wanted an apology for what they did to her son. Travolta had told her that the money (settlement) WAS the apology.

So in my case, I didn't want an apology as much as I wanted there to be a way that the casino in question was held accountable in the public court of opinion, as well as any settlement I might get. Took some kind of PR hit. BUT my hands were really tied in that I just was unwilling to expose my identity to do so. One of the attorneys can weigh in, but a back-rooming incident, even if it can be classified as illegal arrest, illegal detention or even "kidnapping" just is not going to be a criminal complaint. The records were for a player that had pretty much stayed at Cosmo for 7 straight months. A few short periods that he may have moved to another casino (maybe Wynn), but 90% of nights at Cosmo, which is what Mdawg claimed at the time. He has since changed his claim, saying he moved all around during that 7 months.

This person played both Baccarat and blackjack, just as Mdawg claimed at the time and for the amounts he claimed. Now how many people do you THINK stayed at Cosmo for 7 months playing blackjack and baccarat at those limits?

But here is the real kicker. He didn't deny it. You would have thought he would have said, well you and your friend have the wrong guy. He NEVER said that. Because of coach belly's stupid comment that Mdawg "coming clean" about his million dollar claims had nothing to do with the records I received showing his real losses, I was able to prove that it directly did. Proof: I showed the timeline, where I said I would soon have Mdawgs records and he immediately came clean. That is what proof looks like people. It isn't completely unsubstantiated allegations and attacks like those levied at me 20 times a day, by most of you, that deep down are about something else completely.

Now I do hear and have heard some of you shrug it off and say it doesn't mean anything because everyone already knew Mdawg's stories and claims were bullshit. Well guess what only a year before in 2020, Maxpen was able to prove the RV Singer posed in wasn't his and was in fact an RV at a dealership near his daughters home, pretty much debunking and ending Singers bullshit claims. I didn't see anyone say well that wasn't even necessary because we all already knew Singers claims were bullshit. :confused: And only a year after this Mdawg incident, there were further efforts to prove Singer's newer claims of a Million+ Jackpot were fake, inclduing Druff on that one. Again, didn't everyone already know Singers many claims were bullshit?

I am not going to attempt to speak for Maxpen, but there comes a time for some AP's that they just get tired of reading the bullshit claims that aren't true and take action to prove them untrue in the hopes of shutting up that debunked bullshitter.

So you see the response from the peanut gallery here was very different from Maxpen debunking Singer in 2020, which we all already knew was bullshit, to me debunking Mdawg a year later, which we all already knew was bullshit. I have to wonder why? :confused:

Now that very peanut gallery will say it is because I have lied many times. I haven't lied many times. I have lied a couple times and I told you why. Doesn't everyone here lie on occasion at some point, whatever their reasoning? Didn't coach belly lie today when he made his statement that I proved was a lie?

Anyone that keeps saying I have lied over and over, many times, or calls me a compulsive liar, I challenge you to prove it. Real black and white proof. Just as I did today. You can't and you wont. And understand there is a very big difference between thinking something might be untrue and not believing someone and proving it.

Most of you that attack and calls me names, and call me a liar with no proof of anything, have a lot of growing up to do. Unfortunately based on age of many of you, I don't have a lot of confidence you can.

Cool. As soon as the smoke settles on this Vols thing, I will. Assuming they beat Vandy (not a given, by the way), and if they play at Georgia, which is the current scenario being touted, then the project was pretty much a breakeven waste because Georgia will be -8 or thereabouts. But if they match up with someone else, the whole shebang is live.

I have some insights on college football that, frankly, you won't get anywhere else. I think Munchkin and the folks at the Advisor will be impressed with my thumbnail outline of what has changed in college football and a little insight on how to deal with it. Obviously, I know something. The fucking Vols, who really aren't any good, are my only wager thus far, but if they win this week, it's ka-ching. That wasn't luck or home crowd rooting. That was analysis. I almost had SMU at long odds, but the QB they started the season with looked like garbage, and I couldn't pull the trigger.

And I do appreciate the Circa odds. Best I could have done offshore was 40-1.

P.S. If you're wondering why I'm in such a pleasant mood after all your grief, it's because I just middled the total of the Kent/Buffalo game. The weather report said high winds, so everyone whacked the Under. The high winds never really came, so I whacked the Over back. Bingo, bango -- LOL. Good to be completely wrong about something and make a bundle.

You can get your mind off sweating bullets over that bet by picking up the phone and doing the interview. Only takes an hour. He does the interviews by phone or Skype. Quick and easy. All you have to do is email him to schedule the time he calls you. You can do it tomorrow. Only takes an hour of your time.
