Not true at all. Banks do not change the way they operate for the government - ACH deposits cannot land on non banking days. If the day someone is supposed to receive his payment lands on a Saturday or Sunday it will deposit on Monday.Quote:

Well the "ACH received after midnight on a Saturday" lie represents an impossibility - the ACH could not have arrived when he claimed it did and he even backed himself into the impossibility by saying that he checked repeatedly and that nothing had arrived by midnight on Friday (when in reality, the latest it COULD have arrived was 3:30pm Vegas time that day). So that puts yet another nail in the coffin of his backrooming fable.

At issue isn't when ACH deposits are made or go through. At issue is when it was posted. It was posted, just after midnight, which would be early on a Saturday morning. The deposit or transfer could have gone through many hours earlier. I don't know or care. It showed up just after midnight. It was not there sometime around 9pm when I looked aat my account and was there or posted just after midnight. So just shut the fuck up you freaking retard.
BUT, I happen to know from my partners social security that any time the third fell on a Monday his check or funds hit our account early Saturday morning. Isn't social security ACH transfer? So you just don't know everything you think you know.
