I thought I'd get back to this as ... once again speedo shows his true capabilities. Here's what the code does:
if (softwin >= subgoal)
Notice there is no mention of "40". The amount is input to the program. Hence, I can run the simulation with 40, 41 or 50 or whatever. And, notice the ">=" ... it does exactly the check that speedo asserted simply by specifying the wanted value as input.
Once again we see my program does exactly what speedo claims his system does. This is getting more hilarious everyday. The more he tries to attack my simulation the more evidence he provides that it does exactly what he claims his system does. You gotta love it.
Of course, an intelligent person would wonder what is so special about "40". Is it something just picked out of the air? If you run the program with different values this becomes clear. The ER is exactly the same for any value. The only thing that changes is the percentage of session wins. It is another example of a magical elixir that brings nothing to the table and adds complexity. The only possible reason to add needless complexity is to fool people into thinking the system is more than just silly nonsense. Looks like speedo failed again. Chuckle, chuckle.
