Of course he won't, and neither will he give any details that have a smidgen of a chance to be verified. The guy gets irked by just about anyone anywhere, so he takes the contrarian position whenever he can. In this case, he voted for believing kew was telling the truth with his bs tale, but he has no choice to admit he was wrong. But just like any loser who gambles and says things like "I lost my ass but my wife won more than enuf to make up for it" he had to come up with some face-saving crap. Here, it's "kew is on the database, I've seen him play, and he's legit".

I don't like the options presented, I don't think he's a compulsive liar and I don't think he's being honest about the backroom stuff. Considering the significant fallout to his reputation surrounding this, it would seem like he would be highly motivated to figure out a way to provide enough proof without outing his Identity or causing harm to his financial situation. When Max said he was going to investigate, KJ should have said he lied about certain aspects before Max wasted his time and effort. Not made more lies to cover up lies.

I do think he's a compulsive liar. That makes the most sense of not only this but the long series of implausible claims or outright "misdirections" he's made over the years, his obsession with debunking other people's false gambling claims, his absurdly high posting volume (*posting* is his life), and the fact that absolutely nobody can verify anything he says.

Conspiracy theory people crack me up. They do things backwards. They make up their mind and form their (conspiracy) theory based on some bias, before they see the evidence. Then when the evidence doesn't match their "theory" they are left trying to explain away the evidence. They are unwilling to see what they don't want to see.

Perhaps you are right Ron. The time has come. I was hoping to drag this out a little further and have you 2 idiots (Singer & Mdawg) chasing and looking for something that they couldn't possibly find. I really enjoyed that. I didn't anticipate MaxPen getting involved as I wouldn't have wanted to waste his time.

This case is sealed, at BOTH parties request. That means it is NOT public information, unless an interested party can prove to the court they have a legitimate interest in the case.

I said at the very beginning that I would not allow Singer and Mdawg to use information from this case to harm me. It was Mdawg I was most concerned with. I was almost willing to not pursue anything, but changed my mind when the attorney said he thought we had ample reason for requesting the case be sealed. No guarantees on that front, but the guy knows what he is doing and it worked out. Turns out BOTH sides wanted the case sealed for very different reasons. THAT was something we agree on before any other terms were agreed to. I don't think I can give any more details than that. Nor do I expect some will believe this.

MaxPen, I am not sure why you got involved. If you just wanted to confirm for your own curiosity, you KNOW people that know all about this case and the attorney involved. I could have even put you in touch with someone that would have satisfied your curiosity. But now I don't know what to think about you.

But thanks for screwing up a good trolling effort to have these guys on a scavenger hunt that they couldn't succeed at. I could have watched these two going on and on about "no case to be found" for months...or probably years.

And yes, there still may be info released at some point against my wishes. There was a news reporter sniffing around a couple weeks ago that contacted me. I have no idea what kind of sources these people might have to get around the system, but just the fact that she contacted me, means she got somewhere (some information). I mean it isn't that big a story so hopefully she hits or has hit a dead end and it dies there.

Ok, so first, I am NOT trying to discredit Maxpen, who I have always liked. But we all know he is not impeccable as far as telling the truth. He clearly says things about mickeycrimm that aren't true. And mickey returns the favor. I take max pen at his word that he is motivated by finding the truth and not personal, although I have to say calling someone a fraud, as he did, feels very personal to me.

So I spent several hours last night trying to find exactly what MaxPen looked up. On July 3 he posted he had no idea how to look anything up, and 3 days later was the an expert. So the link that he said he used didn't work, but I was able to navigate my way. I knew were to find the case "I was interested in" because I have the case number. And I know that is all you are going to see....a case number. No plaintiff. No defendant. No attorney's involved. That is all under seal.

So again I wanted to see what that would look like for someone searching through a boatload of cases rather than going directly to that case via case #.. I spent two hours last night. Would have taken the better part of a full day to search everything. But in those two hours I found not only the case "I was interested in", but two additional cases that showed ONLY a case number. No further information. So I assume these cases were also sealed. So just extrapolating this out for all the cases that Maxpen looked at he must have come up with 10-12 cases like this? So what did you do with these cases Maxpen, just toss them aside as irrelevant?

Again, I can't and wont talk about much more. I don't think my very general comments above violates that agreement or my own principal (based on advice). Just some food for thought.
