Here is one: People on social security since before whatever the year was in the 1990's when they changed disbursement dates, received their social security checks on the 3rd of the month, which was the case of my partner. When the 3rd falls on a Saturday or Sunday they receive it on Friday. And when the 3rd falls on a Monday, they receive it on Saturday. I don't even know why that last one is since Monday is a business day, but that is the way it works. When the 3rd fell on a Monday, my partner received his check on a Saturday. So you as usual, you just don't know what you are talking about.

Not true at all. Banks do not change the way they operate for the government - ACH deposits cannot land on non banking days. If the day someone is supposed to receive his payment lands on a Saturday or Sunday it will deposit on Monday.

And as well, what partner are you talking about? The one you told us never existed? That one, the guy who you now say was a figment of your imagination received an ACH on a Saturday?

Now with my settlement funds, I was notified that the funds would be coming in on a Friday. I looked several times through out the day and finally saw the funds in the account sometime after midnight, which would make it Saturday. That doesn't mean that is when the funds were transferred. It means that is when my bank posted the funds and made that available to see online. I suspect the funds were transfered at some point earlier in the day on friday. But what does it even matter.

Not true either. ACHs land and appear in the morning, not in the middle of the night.

As well, your story continues with its nonsense by now trying to claim that the ACH wasn't even initiated until sometime Friday. If that were the case, you wouldn't even receive it that same day, a standard checking ACH initiated on a certain day no way it would even land the same day, it takes a minimum of one business day.

In any case, the type of deposit you received was not from the government but a simple bank to bank transfer. Which, not too many attorneys even do things that way, most still operate with sending a check. But even assuming this attorney you dealt with in your fictional story would do that, the ACH would appear in the morning, by around 11am or so, if it were to appear at all that day. It would not appear at any point on a Saturday or Sunday.

Your continuing to try to push this nonsense is just more proof of your pathological lying, even in the wake of a more and more improbable story.

The fact that you cannot admit that you made up the entire backrooming incident is because, as one of those APs you like to claim know you, said, "a pathological liar you can't believe anything he says. But also probably a sociopath and they have no guilt no shame no embarrassment. They simply make up lies to cover the other lies."


As far as the "MGM Execs showed up at my ratty apartment on Halloween to give me player records" story, that you even try to keep pushing that nonsense, confirms your sociopathy.
