The 1/3 of $500k is just more of both you and AinQ being dishonest. the 1/3 comment was made today after I lowered the amount needed in escrow to 300k. I did this trying to be fair to you. I initially came up with $500k because I wanted to try to continue to not disclose what the settlemet was, as I agreed to do as part of the settlement. But that is not your fault so you shouldn't be pentalized by me requiring more than necessary, so I tried to be fair by lowering the amount to just enought to "match my settlement".

Your initial challenge, the very first line was that you would "match my settlement" if I could prove it to a third party. It wasn't offering a wager, which I would not have accepted. It was a simple match the settlement if I could prove it. So it is you that made the ridiculous one-sided proposal. BUT if you really are as certain as you claim that there was no settlement, it shouldn't matter. That it does matter proves to everyone you are not certain, as a matter of fact, you probably know for sure there was a settlement.

But none of that matters now. I think, this statement is you saying you do not agree to my terms. And I can't say I blame you. You stood to lose almost 300k over some internet shit. Some internet hatred. I don't care if you are wealthy or not (never did) Stupid is stupid, and this challenge you proposed was stupid.

Anyway, this puts this to bed again. So stop wasting my time and now Dan Druff's time with this shit. You had the chance to put up, you chose not to.
