    Try Googling the casino name and any specific information KJ gave you, or just something like "[casino name] 2023 backroom lawsuit".

    KJ said the story made local TV news so it's a virtual certainty Google will have some trace of it.


    ETA - Actually even without the casino name the above is true. Imo this in itself is satisfactory proof that KJ lied about the news coverage. I would arbitrate a bet against him on that ground (provided he couldn't come up with an adequate defense).
