The Verdict Is?

You must not follow my session reports because I lost just under -50K in 2 of my last 5 sessions, for a net around -13K.

I post every session and I offer the MDawg Challenge for every one as well. I leave nothing out.

In the past I have offered other challenges too, such as offering $100,000. if anyone can find even one casino at which I had played at which I did not present WIN/LOSS reports, $500,000. if my over all win results from a trip could not be verified to the satisfaction of the challenger, winner takes all challenges for anyone who came to the casino and put up a modest bankroll of $50,000. and could win more than I could win at any game the challenger chooses over a set period of time, and so on.

The one challenge that came to light was the DarkOz Challenge, and I won that one.

I have also provided Wizard the actual winning checks to verify close to a million in winning payouts, up until some point in 2021 when he said he didn't want to deal with it anymore.

I agree: when you bet big, you can win big.

Alas,the converse is also true.

I don't read every session. But I have seen you do this before. usually right after I or someone else points out that you have won or claimed to have won many, many sessions in a row, you will throw in a couple losing sessions, hoping to make it look good.

But the bottom line is that if someone examines all your reports over the last 4 years, you have won 90-95% of your sessions for millions of dollars AND been comped well in excess of 1000 night is high-end suites, while the pit bosses and casino personal slaps you on the back and toasts you as the greatest player ever.

None of that is how Las Vegas or the gambling industry works Mdawg. It just isn't. I don't know what the purpose of this fairy tale is but it is just not true as told and not the way things work.

My saying that both back at the beginning through the current time, really is nothing personal. You have made it personal with your doxing of me, and attacks and lies that you know are not true, but your play is not personal to me. It just isn't real, nor the way things work.

To me and most other players that know how things work, you making these claims amounts to the same thing as you claiming to have flapped your arms and flown around the world.

It doesn't matter to me, but I have to admit that I am curious as to why a guy who claims he is as wealthy as you do, would need to have people believe something that just can't be. If you are a wealthy guy, who enjoys gambling and getting what comps and perks you get from gambling and losing overall, why couldn't you have just shared THAT story and experience. You could have worked in how you work the comp system well getting more than you otherwise would get. Everyone, APs to recreational players and -EV gamblers would have enjoyed that story and a look into the high-roller player that most don't know or see.

Well the nonsense continues that this pissant thinks that he is good for anything other than amusement.

Besides the fact that he lied throughout the story telling, and finally admitted it,

The fact of the matter is, from beginning to end, everything offered by UNKewlJ in this matter was a nonstop attempt to try to establish that he really was backroomed for card counting. Nothing he ever said was other than in furtherance of trying to prove that this happened. The only retractions he made were when he got caught dead to rights, and even those retractions were final desperate attempts to try to salvage the story somehow and, again - try to make the story seem credible.

If you consider every UNKewlJ story in the same way, as a Neverending quest for street creds on the internet , it will become clear why he lies the way he does. Nothing he does is for other than the end goal of trying to establish that something or other happened. There is no other motive.

He has no blackjack "career" so he doesn't have anything to protect other than...his online reputation (which is currently mud). Everything he brings up is in furtherance of trying to establish that he's really out there, doing something, and when he claims that he has misled or lied for a purpose, that purpose always comes back to trying to establish whatever it was he was trying to establish in the first place.

I've spent as much if not more time than anyone else with beating down UNKewlJ these past weeks.

But my time spent on reporting on my Vegas trips usually amounts to a couple sentences and a dollar figure for a session report. I can punch this into the truepassage.com forum at the end of the day or night in just a few minutes, and then when I have time get around to transferring the report over to WOV or GF.

Sometimes when something unusual happens plus or minus I write a more detailed report. And then also I'll throw in some pictures at times too.

Part of why I started doing this, other than because the only thing more fun for me than casino play is reporting casino play, is to keep myself accountable. If I have to report what happened to others, if I see it all going downhill in black and white I will be more likely to give it a break, or stop.

If you recall, my story is that over a decade ago I took a decade or so hiatus from gaming, because I just got too into it and it was taking up too much time. Had to get my real life on track. Right now, it hasn't gotten to that sort of level but if it does, I'll stop again. And it has more to do with time and energy spent than dollars won or lost.


Now, if you ever find me putting the all encompassing obsessive desperate follow up UNKewlJ gives to anything he has to say, then it will be time for a head check. But I don't do that. I say what I have to say, might give it some follow up, and then leave it alone. For example recently at WOV someone gave a one liner about how he didn't believe what I had to say, and I did not post a response.

The latest story from the perennially UNKewl one is actually a composite of things that happened on more than one occasion to more than one person, and includes all the dramatic elements of being back roomed and roughed up, with a broken arm and ambulance ride to boot. Wouldn't a lawsuit make your identity easy to deduce? If so, why would you post it here and bring our attention to it?

Dawg, you must have been freakin' living in casinos back when you were "too into it:" I first recall reading your posts at WoV a handful of years ago, and at that time you were seemingly living for months at a time in compoed casino suites, knocking 'em dead at the tables.

A cautionary tale?

The exact time spent in casinos isn't the only function of getting "too into it." Back then I was more just starting various careers and there was just no way to get them on track spending even a fews days every other week in Vegas.

Today, I'm able to continue with my work whether at home or away.

Why did I start playing again after taking a decade or so hiatus? I suppose, I got a little too comfortable or maybe bored with my life and wanted to add something different to it. The thing is, you may look back at a decision and knowing everything you know today, say that, I might as well have not gone down that path, but going back to the day, in a vacuum, it would be hard to imagine doing it any differently.

In other words, it sometimes takes actual experience to bring oneself to the point of dropping a practice. Just sitting down and thinking about it isn't always enough.

You have obviously mastered all the programs and nuances necessarily to successfully work remotely.

I assume you talk with clients via smart phone or computer?

As for court appearances, when covid hit we set it all up remotely so there was no need to physically appear in court: is it still that way where you practice?

And it is very unlikely and AP's will trust you with their casino cases now. Maybe you could get some non-Ap slip and fall casino cases...you know regular ambulance chaser stuff. Zenking one talked about slipping and falling in a casino and suing them.

MrV, Mdawg has doxxed me a professional player/AP a dozen times now in the past few years. First spilling different information including name and address and description of my condo (bathrooms, square feet ect) on that true passage's forum. He has repeated my address in some form at GF probably 10-12 times. And within the last 4 or 5 days repeated my address here yet again. I also believe he supplied that same info to the casinos or database (probably casino) because there was a marker of a piece of information that he stated that was wrong that showed up.

No matter what anyone thinks of me, this is not acceptable. And 10 times as much so for a player who makes a living or even substantial amount of his income from casinos. This is not fun and games on a gambling forum. It is not even trolling. Again, doesn't matter what anyone thinks of me this kind of shit has consequences and I don't think you would find any AP that would trust this a-hole.

add-on: Also I have never retaliated against him, trying to cause him any kind of professional harm or damage, and I could have and would have been in my right to.

That aside, being that Mdawg claims casinos give him high end gifts and comps, wouldn't it be a huge conflict of interest if he were to be involved with any case against a casino that has comped him anything of value?

I don't see a real conflict, at least not initially.

There MIGHT be a potential for them to "bribe" him with unearned, excessive comps in exchange for him not hammering the casino, but until such conduct is proven I suspect he could sue casinos as well as play there and milk them for all he can.

Perhaps I am overlooking something in my analysis?

You would go broke. Out of all the cases I saw involving casinos over that couple months period zero involved advantage players. Most of the cases are people trapped in elevators, falling on escalators, slip and falls in rooms, and group billing stuff.

I doubt Nersesian could afford even a single billboard for advertising.

For those who don't know, I believe Bob's Wife is also an attorney. I don't remember what type of attorney she is, but it probably has something to do with business or property. They have separate offices in their main office. It's a converted house downtown that I assume they own.

That favor was that I be banned.

If Mdawg keeps making these preposterous claims about winning millions, receiving high-end comps and the casino pit bosses loving him, I was always going to say "that's not the way it works". The same 3 pictures he had previously stolen and posted, despite that there was room for and he paid for like 20 pictures. There is additional nonsense about an Isreali buying the non-existant RV sight unseen from overseas.

He made a commitment to meet Maxpen at South Point to prove a jackpot hit but failed to follow through, leaving Maxpen hanging. Two weeks later, he pulled the same trick with Dan Druff at Green Valley Ranch. Singer sneaked up on an RV in an RV park, took a picture of the exterior, and claimed it was his own, despite the image not matching the pictures of other RVs he previously claimed as his own. Furthermore, he placed an advertisement in an RV magazine to sell a nonexistent RV, featuring three stolen pictures instead of the paid-for allowance of twenty pictures. Mdawg, your obsession is getting creepy. You just listed 6 things and most are just your opinion and you are wrong. You are correct in #5 and correct exactly the way you worded it. MaxPen, our supersleuth friend, proved that the lawsuit portion of my backroom incident was not true. And I have admitted that. I had my reasons to try to protect myself and wont go any further than that.

I am not going to go through each one, but the late Kevin keen (moses) announced on this very forum that we would be coming to Las Vegas to find me, settle some scores and send pictures to the casino. He announced it. And I believe not once but several times. That is why he was banned. A couple months later he did exactly that. I don't know what his plan was and don't care. JBJB, you seriously don't beleive the technology and capability is there for an automatic shuffler to put cards in any order desired? Putting cards back in sequential order is a feature that everyone knows about. It is touted on the company website as a feature of these machines. So why would you not think they can put cards in any order they absolutely desired? They could do sequential, one deck and then the second. They could do 8 aces, 8 "2s", 8 "3s", 8 "4s" and so on. (several rounds would be 20-20 pushes, all other rounds at an increased house advantage). Doesn't matter how or where the clump was cut to...the results the same.

Last night I was talking to my AP friend, the same one that I sold the machine to and he took it all apart. I contacted him for a completely different reason, but over the course of the call I asked why nothing has broke about these shufflers since it has been several years now. I mean I have sort of waiting for something to break. he said that NGC knows all about these shufflers. That they have known since before I did. They have quietly had the ones with this capability all but built in removed.

He said if it was done any other way (more publicly) there would be class action law suits against the company, which they would not be able to pay and would put them out of business and there would be class action law suits against every casino that used that brand. Everybody and their mother would claim losses while playing rigged machines. There would be no way to prove who did and who didn't. It would end up being like the round up weed killer lawsuits. Each casino involved would be severely damaged financially by the large amount of the class action suit and in the end each person in the suit would receive a settlement of 86 cents or $1.14 or something. And the entire casino gambling industry would take a hit because of a cheating scandal.

I never considered any of this, but it makes sense. People think the gaming commission is there to protect the player. The much bigger interest is protecting the industry.

JBJB, you seriously don't beleive the technology and capability is there for an automatic shuffler to put cards in any order desired? Putting cards back in sequential order is a feature that everyone knows about. It is touted on the company website as a feature of these machines. So why would you not think they can put cards in any order they absolutely desired? They could do sequential, one deck and then the second. They could do 8 aces, 8 "2s", 8 "3s", 8 "4s" and so on. Last night I was talking to my AP friend, the same one that I sold the machine to and he took it all apart. I contacted him for a completely different reason, but over the course of the call I asked why nothing has broke about these shufflers since it has been several years now. I mean I have sort of waiting for something to break. he said that NGC knows all about these shufflers. That they have known since before I did. They have quietly had the ones with this capability all but built in removed.

He said if it was done any other way (more publicly) there would be class action law suits against the company, which they would not be able to pay and would put them out of business and there would be class action law suits against every casino that used that brand. Everybody and their mother would claim losses while playing rigged machines. There would be no way to prove who did and who didn't. It would end up being like the round up weed killer lawsuits. Each casino involved would be severely damaged financially by the large amount of the class action suit and in the end each person in the suit would receive a settlement of 86 cents or $1.14 or something. And the entire casino gambling industry would take a hit because of a cheating scandal.

I never considered any of this, but it makes sense. People think the gaming commission is there to protect the player. The much bigger interest is protecting the industry.

Mdawg, your obsession is getting creepy. You just listed 6 things and most are just your opinion and you are wrong. You are correct in #5 and correct exactly the way you worded it. I am not going to go through each one, but the late Kevin keen (moses) announced on this very forum that we would be coming to Las Vegas to find me, settle some scores and send pictures to the casino. He announced it. And I believe not once but several times. That is why he was banned. A couple months later he did exactly that. I don't know what his plan was and don't care. Now I don't think Moses was a horrible person. I think he got a little too wrapped up in this forum shit and went overboard. He apologized to me in his final posts and I accept that.

I am not going to go over each of these individually like that, but how the fuck do you know who came to my Halloween party? I have a good friend that works under the MGM umbrella in management. I have been friends with him since 2011. Ironically that friendship began when he told me he couldn't let me play on his shift anymore. I didn't even know him until that night. I have talked about him many times over the 12 years of our friendships. It is very beneficial for an AP to have a friend in the industry. That is not why we are friends but it is very beneficial. I have multiple entries in the databases now. But none had a name or address. they were just pictures and descriptions of my play.

So when Mdawg doxxed me the first time, posting my name and address, that information along with AKA Kewlj immediately was attached to my database entry. Now there was Info to go with the picture. So happens the name he came up with was incorrect and that incorrect name showed up in the database, which severed as a markers as tow here it came from. This is doxxing AinQ. And unlike just doxxing a regular person on some random internet forum, which is bad enough, this is doxxing an advantage player who makes a living from casinos, while the casino industry tries to stop them. This was intentional to harm me financially.

No matter what anyone may think of me...this is not acceptable.

Here are the facts. I am an advantage player...lower end in card counting and mid-level as far as betting limits, that makes a living playing at casinos and have for 20 years, but let's just consider the 13 years I have been in Vegas.

To make a living by advantage play means every single day, I and other AP's battle the casinos who want to stop us from doing so. Anything we say or do, or share on forums (which really isn't a good idea) can be used against us.

As a player who has always shared to much publicly, I sometimes get myself into a bad situation where I have to lie or be less than honest to protect myself. And I will lie or be less than honest to protect myself every fucking time. Any AP in that position would and should. The smart ones don't put themselves in that position. I will strive for THAT.

I don't know what this fucking story or adventure you want to tell is about. The things you say are not true. The can't be true. It is not the way the casino industry nor Las Vegas works. They are NOT giving comped suites almost every night for years to players that are winning millions. THAT is fantasy!

And anything you say about me, or think you prove about me does not change that. Your "story" and claims have to stand on their own. Has nothing to do with me or anything I have said or claimed. Your story has to stand on it's own and it just doesn't. It can't.

Now I am just burned out from this shit. I am going to So Cal tomorrow to do some surfing and just a summer vacation at the beach, partying. My brother, myself and our third housemate, My Bf, all grew up near Daytona Beach Florida and surfing was a part of all our youth. My brother and I more so. When I was 13-17 I would spend 12 hours a day in the water surfing some days.

I think I have surfed twice now in the last 20 some years for a total of about 4 or 5 hours. Surfing isn't like riding a bike, unfortunately. I learned that a couple years ago. After a few hours of getting your ass kicked and knocked down, you feel like you were run over by a truck. And I am even older now. It should be good fun. :D

I am not even going to think about this troll stuff and if I am smart, will continue to pay much less mind to it when I return. You people do what you need to do. Mdawg if you, supposedly an attorney, a multi-millionaire, who claims to have won millions from casinos on top of that, needs to lie and obsess, in hopes that anonymous people you don't even know will believe your adventure fantasy....then do it. By the way, Dan Druff hasn't visited this forum in 8 days. I know he is involved with Poker right now, although he is out, isn't he? It looks like he posted at his forum for a few hours yesterday. I suspect he will visit here soon, if only to make some baseball picks.

When he does there are a couple PMs from me waiting for him. I have directed him to the doxxing of me by Mdawg on this forum last week. I don't think Druff will take kindly to that. But maybe I am wrong...he doesn't seem to care about much anymore....even his own rules. I did not request that Mdawg be banned. I don't like the idea of banning people, even people who disagree and don't like me. But when someone intentionally does that over and over on numerous forums, I don't know what other remedy there is. What if anything happens will be Druffs call...at least for now.

Which brings me to the second PM awaiting Druff from me. I have inquired if he has any interest in selling this forum. He doesn't seem to participate here or have any interest other than his sports picks and occasionally posting a LV type news story. If I remember correctly, he only took over this forum to preserve his many articles that he had posted. He didn't want that lost if Alan shut down as he was thinking of doing.

If Druff is interested in selling. I certainly would preserve all that and still encourage him to posts his sports picks and whatever else he wanted to participate. Actually one of my goals would be getting more into real gambling talk including sports betting and machine play. Things I now want to learn more about for my own personal use. With hopes of drawing more real players, recreational or professional to the forum. In the years I have been here we have had many come though that didn't stay long because of this environment.

I am sure if Druff does have an interest and I was to take over the forum, many would run for the hills. That would be your choice. My goal wouldn't be to chase those away that don't agree with me or dislike me. I recognize that the membership here, including myself enjoy some trolling, so that wouldn't be prohibited, but there would be some limitations. repeating that someone is a male prostitute, over and over, with absolutely no proof would be a line crossed. I actually wouldn't make any new rules, although I would enforce some now on the books, starting with no doxxing. Doxxing is not fun and games, nor trolling. It is a low life thing to do.

There is a rule on the books about only one account per person. That is kind of funny considering BillYungs current status. ;) Getting way ahead but not sure how I would handle that. I would not allow sock puppets, which I have never done here. Anyone not believing that....ask Druff. A sock puppet is a second account used as credibility when no real members can provide that credibility. Perfect example is Singers Girlfriday account here. Or Singer's Jerry Logan accounts at WoV. Moses also had an account that was supposedly his girlfriend. That wouldn't happen. But BillYung and tasha when she was here, seemed to have this most unusual need to have several different accounts. I honestly don't get that. But they weren't actually trying to deceive anyone. I guess this is something we could all discuss if this came to be, which I doubt it will.

Frankly I would have to really think if I even want this should Druff have an interest. Seems like a lot of headache and I am probably not tech smart enough to run a forum. Maybe Druff would want to help and show me the ropes. Or more likely, he wont be interested in selling. Maybe he has plans further down the road.

I just though I would give you guys a heads up. Sort of full transparency. Just in case you need to plan your escape route now. ;)

A lot of people when you point out that they are biased, will say exactly what you just said. basically a version of the "I'm not racist, I have black friends" :rolleyes: (or as the congressman this week said "colored" friends or "colored" people. He isn't racist, he likes "colored people". ;)

It is the little gay references and digs in a discussion that has nothing to do with that, that is the give away of a person's bias. Very rarely is it a blatant as Rob Singers remarks which are only about getting a rise out of people.

I never wanted to make that I am gay an issue. On this forum it was Axelwolf that brought it up. he didn't mean any harm I know. he made a little joke and I have been dealing with it ever since because there are some very bigoted people. But I don't hide from it either. It is who I am and that is actually apart of my life and it is all intertwined in with experiences that I share. People that can't or won't get past that.....that is their problem, not mine.



I know nothing about Vegas and particularly reno-Tahoe card counting back in the good old days of 1989. Frankly I was settling into 1st grade and confused about the whole abc's thing at that time. ;) yeah I have probably read a little about Vegas and card counting at that time. Most of the books about card counting were published about that time. I know much less about reno/Tahoe. But would like to and would love to hear of your experiences.

But keep in mind, that was last century. Things have changed. The games have changes and not for the better. Technology has changed. The way to attack the game has changed. What is important has changed. You can no longer "trick" pit and surveillance. Any kind of longevity will be achieved by other means like identifying and playing limits that are better tolerated and short sessions (NOT 10 hour sessions at double deck). These things will keep wins smaller and mean nobody has to answer for them or they have to answer for them less....AND that is really where heat comes from. Pit folks don't care about the casino....they care about their own self preservation. If you adopt things that won't lead to trouble for them....things they need to answer for, you can still play regularly.

If there is something I say or share about my play, that you don't understand or differs to you, based on your experiences, feel free to bring it up, ask questions. I will always try to answer and explain. Sometimes I can't as it would just put me in jeopardy, but I honestly will always try to. That probably is one of my faults. I say too much.

It is just as is, you have a guy that just doesn't give a fuck, and doesn't show up, nor enforce his own rules. No one knows what is going on, nor what is or isn't allowed. Moses was banned for threating to find a real player. Now others have done it and doxxed that player and nothing.

Singer was once banned for racial slurs. I was warned against Jewish slurs. Now people regularly make homophobic slurs and quite frankly you could now say what singer said with the racial slur and no action would be taken.

I think we can do better. thats all. Wizards site is over modertaed, with Mike enjoying his "wall of shame" nonsense. GF is way to far the other way with a policy that nothing you can do will get you banned. the punishment is your offending post is removed hours laters with a disclaimed that it violated rules and then the person reposts the same damn thing the next day. I think there is room for a middle ground. Fair rules that are enforces with some trolling allowed.

Personally, because we had an online history of private communication, I would have thought you would have contacted me and "said what is going on", and I would have explained it to you. But you chose not to do that. That's fine.

I happen to think the pictures Maxpen posted of mickeycrimm is a doxing violation. I asked mickey where MaxPen got those pictures and mickey said he had posted them somewhere else years ago. Does that mean it is free game to do so here? Mickeycrimm did not post them here on this forum that we know Casino Industry people read (confirmed by Druff) did he?

It is crazy, as AP's we are at war with the casino industry. And there are trolls on forums trying to harm us. And now worst of all, you have to worry about "fellow" APs" who have decided they don't like or believe you.

Very fucked up. I'll be away for 8 days starting tomorrow. If no changes or change in ownership or policy/rules is coming, I don't think I will be returning here, with haters obsessed with running me off and running me over...to the extent they will do this shit.

MaxPen, you were the very first person after I moved to tell the forum, all you have to do is look up real estate records and find the same name that sold a house and bought a condominium a short time later. THAT was kind of fucked up by you. to post that on open forum. I am stupid and naive and don't always think about shit like that. I don't know whether you did what you said or not, but you told the forum and I am pretty sure at least one person did exactly that.

I changed it after you wrote that so that no one would find the condo and house sale under the same name. But I am sure that was too late...at least involving the one guy that showed up.

Staying away from forums would be the best thing for you. But you can't. Because the forums seem to be the only place you exist.
