Really, accusing him of being a tout without proof is really no different than the slanders the hound makes against you.
Maybe he does it as a small side hustle, I don't know, but I do know I haven't seen Red actively and openly soliciting new "clients" from this board.
I get the impression hes an active, accomplished, serious and long time sports bettor who seeks a tad of respect, nothing more.
.
Ditz says he's not doing it now but he showed us his advertising for this Integrity Sports site. He was looking for investors to send him money to bet. Said he could turn a profit in like 4 months or some shit and they would make a profit on their investment. Steve Stevens type of shit.
I suggest you link the site directly via the Wayback Machine. Here, let me help you.

Mickey conveniently neglected to mention that the publisher of Who's Who in Sports Gambling was a rather strident born-again Christian who vetted everyone in his book pretty carefully. And mickey also conveniently neglected to mention how inclusion in McCusker's "Tipsters or Gypsters?" annual publication came with quotes from clients of the handicappers included in the volume, plus their actual against-the-spread records dating back the previous five years cumulatively.
Mickey fails to grasp that handicapping sports was a rather mature enterprise a long time ago, with people who actually knew each other.
And frankly, saying that I did "Steve Stevens kind of shit" is libelous. I suspect mickey didn't want to go into gory details, because those gory details would be absurd to attach to me. Mickey, don't be shy. Tell everyone on this public website exactly what I did that was "similar to Steve Stevens."
Todd, pay attention here. This is where the libel hits the road, because you are dealing with one real person (mickey) posting about another real person (me) and comparing my behaviors and practices (which have always been pristine and legal) with Steve Stevens' behaviors and practices. Since Stevens is a public figure guilty of various and sundry crimes, stating in public that I did "Steve Stevens shit" should be legally actionable.
MrV, would you concur?
