I didn't follow all of the posts, but I never thought that Kim Lee and kewlJ were the same person or were sharing posts and writing and all that. But, the more the posts get examined, well, there's a good chance I'm a real dumb-ass.
I find it hard to believe the lack of substance/details and reliance on declarative statements without evidence are a simple coincidence. My naivete has, I must admit, embarrassed and surprised me. I guess when Kim Lee began making declarative statements that were dead wrong that I finally heard echoes of kewlJ. Academics, in general, don't go making declarative statements in public without some kind of evidence; they'd get ripped to shreds doing that in a paper or at a conference. But KewlJ does that all the time. No evidence for the rants; just a reliance on "I know how things work." And we should trust him.
How the hell did you two figure out there was some kind of forum cross-pollination between the two handles? I just didn't see it at all until "Kim Lee" started the dead wrong declarations. Did you run a program comparing content/style? No, don't tell me. I feel dumb enough as it is.
I need to restrict my responses to real people or people I've met. The weird resonance between the KewlJ and Kim Lee handles is at the far end of credibility. Why would an established semi-professional gambler declare things he has completely wrong? I have no answer. And why would an academic import my comment regarding Mike Lee and try to attach it to Billy Walters and Fezzik with no reason to do so?
Now KewlJ, similarly, does this kind of thing all the time. You debunk him six ways and he comes back with a response to your weakest of the six. He ignores the other five and hopes everyone else does. Kim Lee, when confronted with the fact he had completely wrong information regarding the Wise Guys, doesn't apologize for declaring things that he got utterly wrong (like, say, describing something as having 10 participants when it sometimes had 70 or 80 and usually had 40-some). Kim Lee just goes on to the next thing while ignoring what he got wrong. You can't really do that in academia.
Bizarre stuff. If you two have a moment and want to enlighten me as to what tipped you off to the possible kewlJ/Kim Lee posting incest, please do. Very rarely do academics declare things they really have zero idea regarding, but Kim Lee does that as if he knows his stuff. And he obviously does not.
That whole idea that Mr. Walters employed me as a runner is so out there. I saw runners in the Stardust all the time. Half of them looked like burly bikers with sidearms. What a strange theory. How does one come up with that? Are you misinformed or just making shit up?
Anyway, I bow to MDawg and coach. I can't believe you two saw this coming and I did not at all. I need to stay in my lane. Forensic online analysis is obviously not my thing.
