such that, yeah, any sort of wager over this is more than moot.
His story went from claiming that it was an ACH that landed (posted) in his account after midnight Friday June 23rd, to claiming eventually that there was no ACH at all it was an inter bank transfer that came from some account his attorney set up specially just for him at UNKewlJ’s bank. You will get a headache following the twists and turns in his ever changing story on that one.
Even if he hadn’t changed his story about how he received the funds, my proposal was that we both put up equal amounts of money and then if he can’t prove that he received the ACH "backrooming" settlement funds on a SATURDAY (June 24, 2023) as he claimed (he claimed it “posted” sometime after midnight Friday), he would lose what he put up (or if he could prove it, I would lose what I put up).

When UNKewlJ realized that he was looking bad for not accepting my wager he came back with an absurd counter proposal that I put up $500,000. up front and that he put up nothing and even endure no penalty if he failed to come up with the proof of the ACH settlement deposit.
