Kewl, why does he need to put up the full amount? What is to prevent you from just disappearing and never doing anything? That is the missing part. You want the full amount available but then don't want to put up anything for Mdawg's time and effort. You're the guy who said you will never prove anything blah blah.

I am not back AinQ. This proposal was made before I decided to leave this forum and I will honor it. It is a free Roll for me.

I am not following with the "me disappearing" scenario. I am not holding the money, Dan Druff (Todd Witteles) is holding the money. If I disappear without proving to Dan Druff, then the money is returned to Mdawg.

The reason I am unwilling to put up anything is because there would be the possibility of collusion in which I could lose whatever I put up despite proving I received the settlement. Let's say it was a straight 100k wager with each party putting up 100k for Todd to hold. I take Todd to the bank and prove with bank documents, nothing doctored or photoshop that I received the settlement. But Druff and Mdawg collude, with Druff saying I didn't prove anything and they spit the money. No offense to Druff for mentioning this possible scenario. Then I am left trying to take legal action for a wager that is illegal and unenforceable. That is why I don't get involved in these type of things.

You are correct AinQ, proving anything goes against my grain, what I believe an anonymous forum is about. So Mdawg made the offer to double my settlement amount if I proved it. THAT is what I have accepted, agreed to and am prepared to prove. But only under my terms which guarantee payment.

Mdawg is so sure of himself that he made this challenge and should be prepared to accept the risk. And money shouldn't be an issue. He keeps telling us and showing pictures of how much he has. Just yesterday he claimed to have won 97K in a session at the casino. Right there he is a third of the way there.

AinQ, I don't want to debate this for days or weeks. I am not interested in playing the troll games that this forum is about any longer. And this really doesn't involve you or anyone except Mdawg, myslf and Witteles now. Mdawg made this challenge, he assumes the risk. Next communication from me will be to Todd (Druff) after he informs me he has received escrow from Mdawg and we can discuss time arrangements for verification. This can be done publicly or privately.
