You have to admit V , A.Wolf’s posting “various other uncouth things” is a pretty slam dunk libel case.
(1) Wolf doesn’t have much in the way of assets but I’m sure he has far more than our resident tunnel dweller.
(2) The person impugned is “MDawg” and damages might be measured in terms of to what extent MDawg the internet creation was restricted from doing whatever it is he does on here, at least so long as MDawg remains anonymous.
So in the end it might end up one of those $1 judgements.
But over all it just comes back to that the way Wolf has been acting lately it’s pretty clear that he’s slipped off the wagon (again). He’s usually a little less loose lipped and at least slightly more circumspect. I also wonder if he really knows what the word uncouth means. He doesn’t exactly read at a high functioning level and freely admits that he is rarely able to make it through anything longer than a few line post.
