I find nothing libelous about labeling you with the word "uncouth," whether the term be uttered at WoV, in a whorehouse, or in a church.

Just not enough "sting" to the term where, were it inaccurately hurled at someone, the target would be held up to scorn by those who heard it.

Now, were you to be accused of being a "camel fucker" (perish the thought) there is still the issue which you spotted of your real identity not being targeted.

How can an anonymous person claim they've been libeled if nobody knows who they in fact are?

Perhaps The Law will get to that point some day, but we aren't there yet.
