And remember, maxpen did not troll you until after he tried to find your suit. Which could have confirmed your story, and actually would have helped you. Then finally you relinquish the suit was made up after you made him waste time looking for it. Can you blame the guy for not being a fan?? You've created all this BS for yourself.

When I started talking about a lawsuit having been filed, do you think I didn't KNOW that no evidence of a lawsuit would be found? That was 100% the intent, to have someone waste a lot of time and effort looking. We were already into discussions involving a settlement at that time. This would mis-direct them away from information that was actually available about the case.

I just didn't intend for that person to be Maxpen. You know who that mis-direct was intended for. I am sorry MaxPen got caught up in that. But that doesn't give him the right to make up the lies he made up afterwords about me being Asian and playing $5 and $10 limits. At first I thought or gave him the benefit of doubt with that in that maybe it was an honest mistake. But when he kept at it and has still kept at it, I know it was intentional.

There are AP's on this forum. It is mostly AP's. I don't know your story, nor you personally of course, but I assume you are some sort of AP. Maybe machines? Whatever. Now I know all AP's don't go through what us card counters go through against casinos and all the backoffs and playing the cat and mouse game and all, although in the past few years machines players have certainly drawn the attention of casino surveillance/security concerns as well (in part because of the popular multi-carding going on). But card counters have dealt with this shit for decades. Long before I started my career and that is 20 years now. And card counter that plays for a living fights a daily battle with the casinos. Someone doxxing us is a big deal in this age of database information and all.

So here is a guy, this Mdawg, nevermind that his whole story is made up and defied everything about how Vegas and the casinos work> He doxxed me, a player that plays for a living, trying to hurt me and my career. All because I said I don't believe him. And you people on this forum of mostly AP's and people on other forums, including Shackleford at WoV, don't have a problem with that? You embrace and welcome him and his trolling, and worse yet doxxing? WTF!!!

That is probably what irks me most. Fellow advantage players don't seem to have a problem with that. And make no mistake, that is exactly why Mdawg was and continues to be so interested in this incident. He saw an opportunity to find more information about me that he could use to harm me. And all because I dared say, "no you are wrong, casinos do care about players winning. It isn't ok with them. They don't let players spread 1-50 and win every day".
